- 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil or use cooking spray
- 6 boneless pork loin chops ½ to ¾ inch thick
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onions
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Pour olive oil or spray slow cooker with non stick spray, and add pork chops
Sprinkle dried onions, salt, onion powder and pepper over the chops, or use 1 packet of onion soup mix
Spread cream of celery soup over pork chops, and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until internal temperature is 145 degrees, according to meat thermometer
You can use the spice mix or 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix, and salt and pepper, to taste.
Bone-in pork chops may take longer to cook.
